Q.Is it possible to call anywhere in the world? A.Yes! You can use daPhone to dial any international number, and save up to 90% on rates.

Q. How do I download the application? A. First, register with daPhone or log into your daPhone account. Then follow the user-friendly download instructions.

Q. What happens if I do not use the money in my daPhone account? A. For the Pay As You Go plan the money remains indefinitely. For the monthly services offer you have 30 days to make unlimited calls.

Q. Do I also pay for roaming overseas? A.If you are planning on traveling, we recommend using daSIM, which has no roaming charges in over 50 countries and low rates. With free incoming calls and endless extendability, it’s the perfect choice for travelers to stay in touch with friends and family.

Q. Am I restricted to a dialing zone? A.You can use daPhone to dial directly to any country in the world.

Q.How do I pay without a credit card? A.In addition to payment by credit cards, we offer two other payment methods for your convenience:

  • Deposit directly into the daPhone bank account.
  • Deposit via a messenger service (which can collect a cash payment directly from your home/business). If you choose this option, the service center will contact you to coordinate the delivery. Contact the company’s customer support center in order to do so.

Q.What happens if I need to install the application on a different phone? A. You may choose to install your daPhone applications on as many mobile devices are you like. This will not affect your daPhone account.

Q.How much does it cost to receive a call? A.The application is designed for outgoing international calls only. Therefore, with respect to incoming calls, there will be no change between you and your mobile service provider.

Q.How does the billing system work? A.If you choose the Pay-As-You-Go plan, you are charged per second (rather than per minute), so you pay only for the exact time that you talk. The billing system is based on the time of the actual calls made, while the cost per minute is different for each overseas destination. You have the option to be informed of your remaining talk time before every call you place.

If you choose the service plan, you will pay a fixed fee for the duration of the plan (one month).

Q.Am I bound by a contract and for how long? A.There are no contracts with daPhone. We do, however, have Terms and Conditions, which you can read here.

Q.Can I use the application overseas? A.If you are planning on traveling, we recommend daSIM- using daSIM means no more roaming charges or high rates. With free incoming calls and endless extendability, it’s the perfect choice for travelers to stay in touch with friends and family.

Should you choose to use your daPhone application while traveling, please contact our Customer Service to the access number that is suitable for the specific country you are traveling to. Our service is currently provided in select countries only. If you own a Symbian, Android or Blackberry mobile phones, please manually deactivate the daPhonephone application during your time overseas. Upon your arrival back to home, you reactivate the application by following the appropriate user guide (found above).
