The procedure for solving end-user complaints about services provided by "DA" Phone

The claims for services provided by "DA" Phone will be sent as follows:
- by fax, to the number 0040-21.327.40.84, and/or
- by email to , in attention of :
- Sales department for administrative issues, as for issues related to the sales or billing; or
- To the Customer Support Center, to the headquarter from Matei Basarab street no. 16, 2nd floor, district 3, Bucharest.
Complaints will be sent in no later than 30 days from the date of providing the service.
Complaints should contain the name and contact details and a description of the problem that was claimed.
"DA" Phone will answer to your compliants in writting or verbally, to the option "Da" Phone, to the extent that you have not expressly requested a certain type of communication, or will inform you about the status of your complaints, in within 30 working days from receiving of the notification. In some cases, depending on the nature and complexity of the issues brought before them, the term grievance may be extended for a further period of 30 working days, with a prior notice of the client about this situation. If the complaint is not solved amicably, the client is able to address his settlement of disputes by the regulator authority, respectively to the competent court as appropriate.
